Ordering Guidelines
All of our products are made to order to your specifications. In order to receive a price quote, please print out the Quotation Form, complete it fully and fax it to us at 510-849-2328. The Specification Guide contains all the information you will need. See the Pattern Booklet for etching pattern ideas. (You will need Acrobat Reader.)

In order to calculate the prices we will need ALL the following information:

  • QUANTITY
  • MODEL NUMBER - see the Specification Guide.
  • FINISH - for price levels see page 2 of the Specification Guide.
  • OVERALL HEIGHT- measure from the top of the fixture (ceiling) to the very bottom of the fixture or glass, whichever is the lowest point. Prices will include up to 36". Longer lengths are an added charge. Vaulted ceiling adaptors are available at additional cost. Please note if needed.
  • SHADES - see the Specification Guide for shade choices.
  • PATTERN - see the Pattern Booklet for possible etching patterns or provide your own line art. Patterns are usually etched around shade edge. Other options available.
